Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a pre-paid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at your convenience.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the fragrance in its original box and use appropriate cushioning to ensure it arrives back at our studio safely.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
